To prepare the Pork chops with corn, tomato, mushroom and garlic recipe, please follow these instructions:

Brown the chops on a pan until they have a color (about 2 minutes on each side) and put them in a refractory dish.

Chop the garlic and spread them with salt and pepper on the chops. The remaining ingredients are poured over the chops.

Place the dish in a preheated oven of approx. 190 degrees C. alm. Oven and let the chops finish for approx. 30 minutes.

A cheap but delicious dish.
