Ingredients for Pork in fish sauce

Freshly ground pepper
Coconut water or coconut milk mixed with water to cover (2.5-4 dl)
Salt
2tbspOil
2tbspPaprika
2Small strong red chilli pebere (cleaned and chopped)
2tbspSugar
4Eggs
4cloveGarlic
500gNot for lean pork (cut into cubes)
5-6tbspFish sauce

To prepare the Pork in fish sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:

You take a few tablespoons of oil and sugar and melt it together in a saucepan. When it's just been golden, you're porking it. Turn down the flare and do not brown for too long, it must not be hard. Then add water and coconut milk so that it just covers. Add chopped red chilli pepper, squeezed garlic, peppers, fish sauce. Alm. Pepper and salt Simmer approx. 50 min or longer, the meat must be very tender. Hard boiled half egg simmer with the last approx. 25 min. The sauce may be tasted. Add with extra chili in the end (but do not be too strong). Serve with loose rice, soy and vegetable soup with china cabbage, carrots, onion and spinach or celery. Served in rice bowls and eaten with sticks
