1Onion, chopped

12-18Potatoes
2Carrots, grated coarse
200gBacon, diced
200gCream cheese (neutral or with e.g. taste of garden herbs or onion)
4dlWater
500gFine peas
500gPork sausage meat
70gTomato puree

Instructions for Pork in Italian - with potatoes

To prepare the Pork in Italian - with potatoes recipe, please follow these instructions:

Start chopping and tearing carrots.

Then put the potato boats (turned in oil, salt and pepper) in the oven at 200 degrees ordinary oven to complete in about 45 minutes.


In a large thick pot, the bacon is roasted until it has the desired crispness.
Remove bacon from the pan, and now raise the dough into the fat of bacon. When the dad is half-fried, add the loaf and the curry. The whole roast until the onions are soft.

Now add the water from the asparagus can (can be replaced by about 1 dl water if you do not like asparagus), tomato paste, carrots and water (about 4 dl or the amount needed to cover the meat).

This is boiled and then simmer for a minimum of 10 minutes under low heat.

Finally add fresh cheese, asparagus, salt and pepper. This is boiled up. When boiling, add the frozen peas and bacon and the dish is finished when the peas are hot.

Serve with oven potatoes and grated cheese. Alternatively, served with spaghetti.
