Instructions for Pork loin roast as wild II

To prepare the Pork loin roast as wild II recipe, please follow these instructions:

Heat oven up to 230 degrees c. alm. oven.

Cut the meat into slices without cutting completely through. Put 1/2 slice of bacon in each section. Put the meat in a small baking pan and sprinkle salt on. Set the roast in the oven and Brown it in about 15 minutes.

Melt the butter in a saucepan and stir the flour in. Add the milk little by little and cook the sauce through the stirring. Taste the gravy with salt and give it a couple of drops of colour.

Pour the sauce over the meat, pour water in and place a thyme sprig into the saucepan. Cover the dish with tinfoil. Reduce the heat to 180 degrees c. alm. oven. Fry the meat in the roasting pan in a total of approximately 11/4 hours.

Take the meat out of the oven. Let the meat rest about 20 minutes before it is cut into slices.

SI cloud from the meat into a pot, add the whipping cream and boil the sauce through. Season with salt, red currant jelly and Danablu.
