1redBell Peppers. canning
10dlPork broth
100gBacon, diced
140gTomato puree. concentrated
2dlWhite wine. dry
2tbspOlive oil
300gPork, chopped about 10% fat
4dlRisotto rice
50gParmesan cheese

Instructions for Pork risotto

To prepare the Pork risotto recipe, please follow these instructions:

Boil broth so it is ready to add.

Cut the onions and peppers, crunch garlic and season with tomato puree and oil for mild heat for approx. 1 min. Meat is added and cooked for a further 5 minutes. Turn up the heat, add rice and the whole is heated for another 2 minutes. Then add white wine and after it has been taken into the rice add a dl broth. Spread extra broth each time the liquid has been absorbed. This takes about 20-25 minutes and it is important to constantly stir the rice so they do not burn. Season with parmesan, like a little olive oil, and salt and pepper.

Bacon finally sliced ‚Äč‚Äčinto the tern, roasted and spread on top.
