Juniper berries, whole
Coarse salt
Bay leaves
Water
1Bouillon cube
1500gPork loin with severe. raw

Instructions for Pork Steg (Long-term) 6 Hours)

To prepare the Pork Steg (Long-term) 6 Hours) recipe, please follow these instructions:

Turn on the oven at 100 degrees C. alm. oven.
Put the pork tenderloin in a pan. Rub well with coarse salt.
Put laurel leaves for approx. Every 3rd groove on the sword, and a pair of juniper berries in each side of approx. Every 2nd groove so it is displaced from the bay leaves.

Fill water in the frying pan until it reaches approx. Half up on the steps.
Distribute 8-10 laurels, 15-20 juniper berries and split a brothel in 4 pieces and put one on each side of the pan.
Put the pork chop in the oven at the middle shelf, at 100 degrees C. alm. Oven and let it boil for 6 hours.

When it has been 6 hours, turn it on the grill while watching it.
When the swell is bubbled up and has got a color, it is finished.
