Instructions for Pork stew of pork comb in the combi oven

To prepare the Pork stew of pork comb in the combi oven recipe, please follow these instructions:

Rip the sword down to the meat with approx. 1½ cm apart. Rub the tail well with salt - make sure that salt also comes down between the thighs.
Put the pork chop with the sword down in a refractory dish and make up with approx. 2 cm water. Cut the garlic into slices and put it in the water.
Step the pork comb at a combination of 55% microwaves and 45% Grill for 20 min.
Then turn the steps and the 3 laurel leaves are placed between the grooves in the sword. A raw / peeled potato may be placed underneath the steps to keep the planar flat so that it becomes crisp.
The drawing continues with the same settings but for 1 hour. Every 10 minutes pour some of the water from the dish over the steps to make the corn crispy.
If the sword is not yet crisp you can stifle for approx. 10 min by grill (without microwaves).

tips:
Note that there are differences in the effect in different combi ovens and the time may vary - make sure that the steps are not red inside after finishing frying.
