Ingredients for Pork Tenderloin in mushroom sauce

Pepper
Salt
1tbspBecel liquid
1Onion
1tbspPaprika
1Large or 2 small pork mørbrader cleared of sinew and fat
100gWhite mushroom
150gBrown mushroom
2dlVegetable stock
2tbspWhite wine
2.5dlCream fine for cooking

Instructions for Pork Tenderloin in mushroom sauce

To prepare the Pork Tenderloin in mushroom sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut the meat into patties. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices. Chop the onion.

Brown the meat in a few mins on each side in half of the fat. Take the steaks up and keep warm.

Saute onion and mushrooms in the rest of the fat with paprika. Add the white wine and broth and cook it all thoroughly.

Add the Cream fine for cooking and season with salt and pepper.

Bring the steaks back in the Pan and warm it all through.

Serve with rice and vegetables.
