To prepare the Pork tenderloin with sun-dried tomatoes recipe, please follow these instructions:

Dip off the tenderloin for seniors and dip it dry with a kitchen roll. Cut it into 12 slices and press them flat with your hand. Boil the sun-dried tomatoes covered with water for 2 minutes.
