Instructions for Pork tenderloin with vegetables in oyster sauce

To prepare the Pork tenderloin with vegetables in oyster sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut the meat into 3-4 cm thick steaks and knock them lightly with the palm of the hand. Divide the green chili along. Slice a hole through each sirloin steak with a knitting stick or the like, and put the chili on it. Heat some oil on a teaspoon and sprinkle the steaks golden on all sides, they must have approx. 8-10 minutes in total, depending on size. Season with salt and pepper and pack them well into foil and tea towels. Let them rest while preparing vegetables and rice. Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package and turn the finished rice with chopped nuts and possibly. Leaves of coriander. Heat little oil in a wok or on a very large saute pan. Lightning tomatoes, peas and corn for a few minutes. Add the pressed garlic, lime juice and oyster sauce and let it boil through. Adjust if necessary. With some water whose mixture seems too dry.

Serve with the steaks and the cooked rice. As well as possible. A cucumber salad.
