Ingredients for Pork with grapes

EVS. 1 dl sherry, port wine, madeira or dry vermouth
Pepper
Salt
1dlFresh thyme leaves or 1 tablespoon dried
1tbspCorn starch
1tbspOil
1 1/2kgPotatoes
1,2kgPork loin with 3 mm subcutaneous fat and without legs
2dlBroth, 3 dl if wine is omitted
25gWalnuts
3Red apples
300gGreen beans
300gGreen grapes

Instructions for Pork with grapes

To prepare the Pork with grapes recipe, please follow these instructions:

Dip the meat dry with kitchen roll. Immediately brown the meat on all sides - with the grease side down first - in a pan with good heat. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add wine and broth. Let the meat roast at low heat approx. 30 minutes on each side under cover. The meat is finished when the center temperature is 65 degrees.

While the meat is frying, halved and eaten the grapes. Take the meat, pack it in a stanol roll, let it rest approx. 20 minutes. Say and foam the cloud. Smooth it with corn starch and add the grapes. Boil the sauce and season with salt, pepper and half of the thyme.

Remove the kernels from the apples and cut them into thin boats. Shake them lightly in oil on the forehead with walnuts and the rest of the thyme. Cut the meat into thin slices for serving.
