To prepare the Pork with lycheefruit recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut out the chilli and chop it nicely. Cut the pork into mashed pieces and turn them into wheat flour. Shake excess flour. Heat a wok and add peanut oil. When the oil is hot, add the pork tenderloin to golden for 3 - 4 minutes. Bring the meat with a clove and let it drain on the kitchen roll. Wipe the pan, heat it again and add the curry paste. Let simmer ½ minute, add coconut milk, lychee-making and bay leaves. Stir well, boil to boil and add chili and fish sauce.
