Instructions for Portuguese oven

To prepare the Portuguese oven recipe, please follow these instructions:

The oven is turned on at 250 degrees C, so it is ready for use.

The chops are lightly bitten, brune and put in an ovenproof dish. The chopped onions are switched. Tomatoes with water are poured and boiled for approx. 10 min.

Broth, tomato paste, garlic and olives are added and the sauce is seasoned with spices. The sauce is poured over the chops, the parmesan cheese sprinkles and the dish is put in the oven at 250 degrees C for approx. 20 min.

Served with spaghetti.
