Ingredients for Potato Casserole

1bundleParsley (chopped medium-fine)
100gButter (red dot)
10-12Half-Sun-dried tomatoes (sliced)
2glassWith champion
2-3cloveGarlic (chopped very fine or pressed)
400gBacon, diced (toasted)
900gSmall cooked potatoes (in pieces of 3 x 3 cm)

Instructions for Potato Casserole

To prepare the Potato Casserole recipe, please follow these instructions:

melt the butter in a large pan on low flame and add the potatoes, the sun-dried tomatoes and championerne added. the small simmer on low flame for about 15 min (remember to stir around so it does not burn on) when the potatoes have been soft at the edges, add garlic bacon and possibly salt and pepper and just before servings to put the parsley.

Tips:
even I use potatoes from glass since they are a little easier to get to "cook out" you may want to put beans, Zucchini, chilli or whatever you feel like it's easy quick and cheap food. Bon appetite
