1/2lWhipped cream
100g1/2 Bacon in cubes
300gPotatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2 cm cubes
400gCorn

To prepare the Potato corn soup recipe, please follow these instructions:

The oil is heated in a large, thickened pot. The bacon nuts are cooked at low heat for 6-9 minutes. Add potatoes and corn and continue for 3-5 minutes until the potatoes have taken a little color.

Add chicken stock or water. The meat is boiled and simmered at low heat for approx. 25 min. Until the potatoes are tender. Add the cream and boil for 5 minutes. Finally taste with salt and pepper and decorate the finished soup with fresh coriander.

tips:
A red pepper fruit cut into small tern can be added to the soup with corn and potatoes. It will give the soup a little more festive appearance. Press if necessary. A clove of garlic into the soup for extra flavor.
