To prepare the Potato lasagne recipe, please follow these instructions:

Peel the potatoes, slice them into slices of ¼ cm thick and sprinkle with salt and pepper. The thinned spinach is squeezed out of water and seasoned with salt and pepper. In a greased form, put potato slices in layers of spinach and mornay sauce. Finish with sauce and sprinkle with cheese. Behind the lasagne at 200º for approx. 25 min. Tip: The dish can also be added to roasted minced beef.
