To prepare the Potato omelet recipe, please follow these instructions:

Whip egg whites and egg yolks together. Add the chives, salt and pepper. Cut the potatoes into slices. Heat a pan with oil and season the potatoes for approx. 3 minutes. Turn to low heat and pour the egg mixture over the potatoes. Gently push the omelet until it begins to stiffen. Behind the omelet without lid for approx. 5 minutes.
