To prepare the Potato pizza 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:

Dough: pour the water into a bowl and stir the yeast together with the salt and oil. Add the meal gradually and knead the dough until it is firm. - Let the dough rise for 30 minutes.

While the dough raises you blame the potatoes well. Use a potato peeler to make paper-thin potato slices, or use a mandolin iron if you have it. Cut the mozzarella into slices and pick the needles of the rosemary.

Turn on the oven to 250 degrees.

Divide the dough into two pieces and roll them flat. Put them on each baking paper (please dry the paper with a little bit first)

Pizza fill: enjoy the mozarella slices on the pizza beans and then put the potato slices on top. Sprinkle with the needles from Rosemary.

Bake the pizzas for 15 minutes at 250 degrees until the pizzas are finely golden in the edges and the potatoes are tender. Sprinkle the potato pizza with salt and pepper and cut the pizza into fine slices before serving.

Tip: you can sprinkle a little grated parmesan on the pizza - it only makes it even better.
