Ingredients for Potato pizza

A few sprigs of Rosemary
Pepper
Salt
100gWholemeal flour
12gYeast (1/4 package)
2.5dlLukewarm water
200gWheat flour or durummel
225gPotatoes
2-3tspFennel seeds
4-5slicesSerrano ham
8tspOlive oil

Instructions for Potato pizza

To prepare the Potato pizza recipe, please follow these instructions:

The dough is raised for one hour and rolled out for approx. 1 cm. thickness.

Sprinkle the spices into mortar.
Cut the potatoes very well if necessary. With mandolin iron.

Puff the pizza on a baking bag at 225 degrees in a hot air oven for approx. 1 minute. Take out the pizza, fill it up and bag it further 8-9 min.

Decorate the finished pizza with some fresh rucola.
