Instructions for Potato pizza with onion and goat cheese

To prepare the Potato pizza with onion and goat cheese recipe, please follow these instructions:

The yeast is crumbled in the lukewarm milk and stirred with sugar and salt. The bowl is covered with film and placed in a warm place for 10 minutes.

In a large bowl bowl, mix mash, flour, parsley, salt and pepper with yeast mixture. The dough is taken on a crispy table and kneaded 10 minutes or until it feels smooth and elastic.

Put the dough in an oil-fired bowl and cover it with a film. Set in a loose place and raise to double size about 1-1½ hours.

Fill: The oil is heated in a large pot. Step the onions at low heat for 20-30 minutes. Stir around at regular intervals. The pot is taken off the flare.

The oven is preheated to 210 degrees.

Put the dough on a floured tabletop and knead it for 2 minutes. A pizza mold or baking sheet is brushed with ample oil. The dough is laid on the plate and pressed completely flat. Distribute onions, peppers, olives and goat cheese over the surface. Sprinkle with pepper.

Bake for 20-25 minutes and serve immediately.
