To prepare the Potato Potato Tower-Tower recipe, please follow these instructions:

the potatoes cut into thin slices (with skrall) and communicated in a single layer in a greased baking pan and sprinkled with chopped onion and spices (e.g. thyme). Bake in a preheated oven at 150 degrees for about 25 minutes.

Potato slices are shaped round circle with a glass and oak is removed with a knife.

Potato puree
The remaining potatoes peeled and cooked without salt. The water is poured off, and the potatoes stirred into pure during addition of salt, pepper and oil (butter).

The punch waste round potato slices are added layered with an ovoid spoonful of potato puree between each slice. Prepare max. 5 layer to each tower. A spoonful of potato puree added at the top of the Tower, as garnish with crispy potato sticks.

Crispy potato sticks: 5-6 raw potato slices in fine chop sticks and fried in oil. Onto by and sprinkled with salt.
