2Spring onions into thin rings
2Yellow pepper into small cubes
2tbspHK. parsley

300gYogurt 0.5%

To prepare the Potato salad Bombay recipe, please follow these instructions:

Steam the potatoes with peel, let them cool a little, pil them and cut into the tern.

Put potatoes, peppers, tomatoes and spring onions in the dish.
