1Handful of herbs such as parsley, basil, dill, chives
1tbspOil for brushing
1bundleRadishes
1tbspSweet mustard
2Kyllingbryster
4Tomatoes
600gSmall potatoes

Instructions for Potato salad with chicken and herb dressing

To prepare the Potato salad with chicken and herb dressing recipe, please follow these instructions:

Scrub the potatoes and boil them for 12-15 min. Till they are tender. Cool the potatoes.
Brush the chicken breasts with a little oil and grill them on a frying pan until the meat is cooked. Sprinkle with salt.
Cut the cucumber into small tern and tomatoes in both. Cut the radish into slices. Chop the herbs, turn with creme fraiche and mustard and season with salt and pepper.
Turn the potatoes with herb dressing and then cucumbers and tomatoes. Cut chicken breasts into slices.
Put the potato salad on a dish and top with radishes and chicken. Season with pepper and sprinkle with chopped garlic cloves.
