To prepare the Potatoes Romanoff recipe, please follow these instructions:

Boil the potatoes with the peel and willow them. Cool the potatoes and grate them on the coarse side of a Slaw iron. Mix the grated potatoes with 200 g. cheddar cheese in a large bowl. Stir in the sour cream in along with the chopped onion, salt and pepper.

Advantage of the mixture into a well oiled dish, sprinkle with a little paprika and the rest of the cheese.

Set the dish in the fridge overnight, then taste best.
