Instructions for Prince of Cake

To prepare the Prince of Cake recipe, please follow these instructions:

Mix flour, salt, yeast and sugar together in the food processor until it is well mixed. Then add the butter at once into small lumps and run quickly in the dough before adding egg whites a little at a time until the dough has gathered and is so firm that it releases the bowl. Put the dough cool ½-1 hour.

Sprinkle almonds by boiling them in water that just covers for 2 minutes. Rinse them in cold water and push the almond out of the skin.

Blend the sliced ​​almonds very well with the sugar. Add butter and egg and run or knead it. Roll the dough into ½ cm. Thickness, and dressed a metal dish with the dough. Use the cake roll to lift the dough into the mold. Push it well into the mold and press / cut it off the edge of the mold.
