½lVanilla ice cream or 2 ½ dl whipping cream
1dlWater
1/4tspSalt
125gPure dark chocolate
2-2½Eggs (3/4 dl)
50gButter
60gWheat flour (1 dl)

Instructions for Profiteroles - Profiterole

To prepare the Profiteroles - Profiterole recipe, please follow these instructions:

Bring butter and water in a pan and bring to a boil. Stir in the flour and stir well until baking is smooth and uniform and release the spoon. Remove the pan from the heat and allow the dough to cool while stirring. Stir the spicy egg in a little bit, stir some after the last is added. The dough must be thick and shiny.

Set the oven to 225 degrees.
Grease a baking sheet or coat it with baking paper. Put the dough in buns like small walnuts, with a spray bag or two teaspoons. Bake the balls on the next shelf in the oven for about 20 minutes.

Do not close the oven for the first 10 min of the back time, so the balls can collapse.
Let them cool off uncovered on a grate. Cut an opening in the side of the balls. Use a sharp knife. Melt the chocolate over the water bath. Fill the balls with ice cream or whipped cream and put them on top of each other like a small pyramid, either on a dish or on its own ash.

Calculate 4-5 profiteroles per. person. Pour the melted chocolate over and serve immediately.

tips:
Profiteroles can also be filled with onage or cake cream and whipped cream and brush each with melted chocolate. Then they will first be eaten when the chocolate is stiffened. Fill them as soon as possible, fiteroles become soft of standing.
