Instructions for Protein bar Brownie

To prepare the Protein bar Brownie recipe, please follow these instructions:

Turn on the oven at 175C (hot air).
Put oatmeal in blender, blend to finely ground. Put in a bowl and add protein powder, cocoa, baking soda, stewed cinnamon, sugar / sweetener. Blend 1 banana and add eggs one at a time and then milk. Stir the wet mixture together with the solid.
Pour into cake form (33cm) and bake for 15 minutes or until a steel bowl can be removed without sticking.

Can be divided into 8 pieces, thus 1 piece corresponds to 1 tablespoon protein powder.
