Fresh coriander
Ground pepper

1Small cup Crème Fraiche 38%
1bagSalted pumpkin seeds
1.5lHønsebouillion
1000gEat pumpkin
2cmFresh ginger
2cloveGarlic
2Tomatoes
25gButter
3Shallots

Instructions for Pumpkin Soup w. coriander and ginger

To prepare the Pumpkin Soup w. coriander and ginger recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut græskarret in both, and remove the cores, peels and indemad. Cut the pumpkin flesh into cubes.

Arrow shallots and garlic, and chop them. Rinse the tomatoes and cut them into cubes.

Shock coriander seeds in a mortar. Chop the ginger crunch just fine. Cut the bread into cubes.

Melt the butter in a large pan, and saute the garlic and shallots easily, without it takes color. Add the coriander seeds and ginger and tomatoes.

Pour into the Pan and add the pumpkin bouillion and bread cubes. Put the lid on and let the soup simmer for 30 minutes until the pumpkin meat is tender.

Blend soup, preferably with a stagblender directly into the pan. Heel possibly. the soup through a strainer, if you want the absolutely smooth.

Add cream and heat the soup through. Season with salt and pepper.

Serve the soup in bowls, and garnish with cilantro leaves, pumpkin seeds and a little sour cream in each potion.
