Ingredients for Quick Tom Kah Gai

1cloveGarlic
1Small leek
1tbspOil
1.5tbspFreshly squeezed lime juice
2tbspChopped fresh cilantro or parsley
2Red chili fruits
2Stalks of Lemongrass (a total of 6 cm)
2.5dlChicken broth
2.5dlCoconut milk
4tspFish sauce
4tspGrated ginger

Instructions for Quick Tom Kah Gai

To prepare the Quick Tom Kah Gai recipe, please follow these instructions:

Striml kyllingefiléterne fine. Arrow white onion and chop it finely. Chop the lemon grass is fine. Clean the leek and cut it into thin slices. Udkern chili fruits and striml them just fine.
