Instructions for Rabarbarkage

To prepare the Rabarbarkage recipe, please follow these instructions:

Fill: clean the rhubarb stems, cut them into small pieces and steam them for a moment in water added sugar
Pour the rhubarb to drain into a sieve save the juice
Dough: stir butter and sugar white.
Add the eggs one at a time and sprinkle 1/2 dl Raspberry juice in the dough. Add the rhubarb and turn them gently into the dough to spread out.
Pour the dough into the lubricated spring shape (about 22 cm diameter) and bag the cake at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
Serve the cake with creme fraiche or whipped cream
