100gHazelnuts
100gButter
150gSugar
200gWheat flour
750gRhubarb

Instructions for Rabarbartærte With cream

To prepare the Rabarbartærte With cream recipe, please follow these instructions:

Dough: knead the flour, sugar, lemon zest, eggs and soft butter to it forms a ball.
Deck the dough over a springform approx. 26 cm. in diameter and bullet holes in the dough.

Bake the dough in the middle of the oven at 200 degrees C alm. oven for about 10 minutes.

Filling: chop the nuts and add sugar, eggs and sour cream
Wash the rhubarb and cut them into slices of about 1 cm.

Put the mixture on top of the pre-baked dough and bake on in approximately 45-50 minutes.

Let it cool off, and finally sprinkle powdered sugar on.
