1dlGranulated sugar
1tspVanilla
125gWheat flour
125gButter
2tbspPotato flour
50gChopped almonds
600gPurified rhubarb

Instructions for Rabarberpie

To prepare the Rabarberpie recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut rhubarb in 2 cm pieces .- Put in refractory dish
Mix flour, potato flour and vanilla - sprinkle over the rhubarb.

Dough

All ingredients are placed in a bowl and crumbled well.

Sprinkle this dough over the rhubarb - place in a preheated oven for approx. 25 min. At 225 degrees.

Serve warm with cream, creme fraiche or as I do, with a good vaniliesoftice.
