To prepare the Rabbit with herbs recipe, please follow these instructions:

Rosmarin twisted, chopped garlic and sage leaves are laid at the bottom of a refractory dish, the rabbit cut in large pieces is placed on top of the herbs, plenty of olive oil poured over the rabbit spiced with salt. The dish is put in a 220 degree hot oven. When the dish is browned after approx. ½ hour, pour white wine and provence spice + pepper over the cane pieces. The pieces are reversed and a bit of stir fry poured over. The court is ready for approx. ½ hour.
