To prepare the Rajub rhubarb Compote recipe, please follow these instructions:

Rhubarb (like fine vinrabarber) skøres in 3-4 cm. pieces Vanillestangen split and scraped out the grains. Water, sugar, vanillekorn and empty Holster and Red food coloring boils up. Rhubarb in sugar added bed sheet and cook a few minutes until barely tender.

Rhubarb is taken up with a slotted spoon and set to cool. The brine is boiled into approximately half, taken also by and allow to cool.

When the rhubarb and brine has cooled, pour the brine over the rhubarb and is ready for serving.
