100gSoft butter
150gRaspberries (frozen or fresh)
150gWheat flour
2tspBaking soda

Instructions for Raspberries / Macro muffins

To prepare the Raspberries / Macro muffins recipe, please follow these instructions:

Place the oven on a 180 degree common oven.

Whip butter, sugar and vanilla sugar together with an electric whip.
Add the eggs and whip until the mixture is even.
Sift wheat flour and baking soda into the dough and stir it together with the milk.
Crush the macrons, cut the raspberries into small pieces, add both macaroons and raspberries into the dough and turn gently around.

Pour the dough into muffin molds.
Bake them for 25 minutes.

Decorate them if necessary. With a raspberry frost that can easily be whipped together with 150 g of soft butter, 300 g of flour, 150 g of raspberries and 2 tablespoons of water.
