Ingredients for Raspberry Mousse

1Lemon, the juice of which
200gIcing sugar
3Isinglass, leaves
5dlWhipped cream
500gRaspberries, fresh

Instructions for Raspberry Mousse

To prepare the Raspberry Mousse recipe, please follow these instructions:

Place the house block in soft in cold water. Take some of the nicest raspberries from to the decorations. Blend the rest with lemon juice and flour and fit the berries through a sieve.

Melt the house block over low heat. Let it cool off and stir it in the berries. Whip the cream and turn it into the berries.

When the mousse is sufficiently stiff, topple it on a dish and place it cold for serving. Decorate with whole berries and nice green leaves.

The mousse can also be frozen to a light ice.
