To prepare the Ratatouille in the oven recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut the vegetables in coarse chunks and toss them in oil with preset garlic, salt and pepper. Put the vegetables in one layer on a baking sheet and bake them until tender at 225 degrees for about 30 min. Turn the vegetables along the way.

Tips:
