Ingredients for Raw Burgers

optionalHvidkåls leaves (for burger buns)
0.75cupFinely chopped onion
1cupFinely chopped celery
1tbspTamari (soy sauce)
2cupCarrot pulp (it is left after you have squeezed the juice out of 4-6 large carrots)
2cupSunflower seeds-painted in an electric coffee grinder
4tbspFinely chopped parsley
4tbspFinely chopped red pepper
6tbspFlaxseed painted in an electric coffee grinder

Instructions for Raw Burgers

To prepare the Raw Burgers recipe, please follow these instructions:

Make the carrot by squeezing the juice out of the carrots in a juicer / juicer. Blend ground flaxseed with water and set aside. Mix carrot pulp, ground sunflower seeds, celery, onion, parsley, red pepper and tamari. Add the flax landing and stir thoroughly. Add more water if necessary to achieve a "burger father" consistency. Low flat burgers and dehydrate them for 4-8 hours, or if the sun is shining then dry them until they are hot. Serve in large cabbage leaves or with tomato sauce or mushroom sauce.
