Instructions for Raw marinated salmon with avocado

To prepare the Raw marinated salmon with avocado recipe, please follow these instructions:

Mix olive oil and lemon juice. Brush the salmon slices on both sides with marinade and let the slices pull with marinade for approx. 1 hour in refrigerator by no more than 5 degrees.

Cut one half of the limes into 4 slices. Cut the avocados into half and remove the stone. "Cut" gently around the edge with a spoon so that the skin is loosened from the avocado joint. Cut the avocados in thin slices along. Dip the slices with a little juice from the other half of the lime so that the slices do not turn brown. Serve portionwise with 1-2 slices of salmon on a bottom of frieze salad. Sprinkle some coarse salt on the fish slices. Put 2-3 slices of avocado and one slice of lime on each dish.

Cut the slices of slices and grate the slices easily on a toaster or in the oven. Serve them to your liking.

Fish to be eaten raw, eg. Marinated or buried fish must have been frozen at minus 20 degrees for at least one day to kill anisakis (snails) that may occur in fish meat.
