Instructions for Real bread

To prepare the Real bread recipe, please follow these instructions:

The sourdough is stirred together and is covered with film for at least 1 day. (Better for 2 - 3 days) must not be too cold.

Stir the buttermilk and sourdough together, add salt, sugar, syrup, and bowl. Then mix well with the flour and finally knead together on a lightly floured table. The dough must not be firm and hard. It raises a warm place (covered) for 1½ - 2 hours. Then the dough was thrown and pierced on a lightweight table. Rests for 2 minutes.

Form for 2 loaves and get lubricated molds, cover and raise for 30 - 60 min.
