| 2 | dl | Whipped cream |
| 2 | tbsp | Cane sugar |
| 300 | g | Bitter chocolate |

Melt the chocolate in a water bath with 2 dl of milk.
Stir along the way.
Warm the rest of the milk to the boiling point with sugar and whip it with sugar and melted chocolate.
Whip the cream with vanilla and chicory for light foam.
Server in large cups with whipped cream just laid over just before serving.
