0.5Fine cut iceberg
1bundleFresh ginger
1tbspFresh ginger cut into thin strips
1tbspCrushed peppercorns
1large bundleRadishes
1-2Between strong chilies cut into strips (without seeds)

2tbspSesame oil
2tbspSoy sauce
600gBeef Tenderloin (very tender)

Stir salt and pepper together and mix the mixture onto a clean cutting board. Roll the tenderloin around so pepper and salt settle all the way around.
