1Small red onion, cut into thin slices
1.25dlBlack olives in oil
185gCanned tuna prepared and shared in flakes

2tbspWhite wine vinegar
2tbspSmall capers
250gGreen beans cut into 5 cm pieces
3Tomatoes cut into both
4Hard boiled eggs cut into both
500gSmall red potatoes cut in both
7.5dlRomaine into strips

To prepare the Red potato salad nicoise recipe, please follow these instructions:

Bring the potatoes to the boil with so much water that they are covered in a pot of high heat. Turn down the flare, lay on and simmer for 12 minutes. Add the green beans, simmer for another 3 minutes or until the vegetables are tender. Pour the water off.

Put the striped salad on a large dish. Distribute potato boats, green beans, eggs, tomatoes, tuna, onions, olives and, if desired, anchovies on top.

Mix dijon mustard, vinegar, capers and pepper in a small bowl. Add olive oil gradually, until the mixture is perfectly even.

Turn the salad into the dressing immediately before serving.
