Ingredients for Red, white and blue potato salad

Red cabbage leaves
0.25tspFreshly ground black pepper
0.5dlMinced chives
0.75dlSour cream
1tbspWhite wine vinegar
1Small chopped red onion
1.5tspSalt
2tbspMayonnaise
2tbspGrated horseradish
500gBlue potatoes, peeled and cut into 2 cm chunks
500gPotatoes, peeled and cut into 2 cm chunks
500gRed Potatoes, cut into 2 cm chunks

Instructions for Red, white and blue potato salad

To prepare the Red, white and blue potato salad recipe, please follow these instructions:

Bring the potatoes to the boil with so much water that they are covered in a 4 liter saucepan over high heat. Turn down the flare, put on the lid and simmer for approx. 10 minutes or until they are tender. Pour the water off.

Mix while onions, creme fraiche, chives, horseradish, mayonnaise, vinegar, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Add the potatoes and mix well together. Put the salad in the fridge until serving.

serving:
Cover a large dish with reddish leaves and place the potato salad on top
