1bundleFresh basil
1psRedwine marinade
2tbspBalsamic vinegar
2tbspRed hot chili glaze
2bundleRuccola salad
250gCherry tomatoes
3tbspOlive oil
600gLamb roast

To prepare the Red wine marinated lamb with Bean Salad recipe, please follow these instructions:

Put lamb roast in the marinade for about 2 hours. Grill then roast on a low heat for approx. 45-60 min. Rinse the beans in cold water. Mix the glaze, balsamic vinegar and oil to an oil-vinegar marinade. Mix all the ingredients for the Bean Salad in a large bowl, and season with salt and pepper. Serve with a good bread.

Tips:
Instead of butter on the bread, mix the Philadelphia cheese spread with chopped sundried tomatoes.
