Instructions for Reistaffel

To prepare the Reistaffel recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut the meat into strips. Pil onion and garlic and chop them. Heat the oil in a thickened pot and turn the curry into it. Add half of the meat and brown it with high heat. Take the meat and brown the rest of the meat. Bring the onions to the pan and let them sweat. Now come the first serving of meat in the pot. Cut the peppers into strips and add them with all the spices, broth and salt. Boil the dish for approx. 45 minutes under low heat evenly until the meat is tender. Turn the bean sprouts in, just before serving the dish.

Yellow rice: Cook the rice according to the instructions for use and add turmeric to the boil water.
Peel the bananas and divide them across. Cut the bananas along and grate them on a pan in the butter.

Seroendeng: Mix coconut, peanuts and spices and shake it on a pan in the oil. Put it in a bowl and mix it immediately with the sugar.
