To prepare the Rejeæg recipe, please follow these instructions:

Pour 2 hard boiled eggs and divide them in half.

Take the egg yolks and mash them Stir the egg moos together with finely chopped shrimp, cream fraiche, salt and pepper.

Distribute in half eggs and top up with whole prawns. Decorate with a little lemon and chives.
