Instructions for René Mushroom Soup

To prepare the René Mushroom Soup recipe, please follow these instructions:

Clean the mushroom and cut them into slices (use an egg splitter if necessary)
Melt magarine with lemon in a saucepan. Season the mushroom until golden, add 2 dl. Broth and simmer for 5 min. Add the rest of the broth and bring to a boil. Stir a butter bowl and add it. Whipped well into the soup. Add cream.

tips:
When peeling a soup with eggs, make a mixture of egg yolks and cream. Mix the egg mixture with a little of the hot soup and whip afterwards for the rest of the soup. Bring the soup to the boiling point with stirring (the soup must not boil - it separates). If the soup becomes too thick, add boiling broth to the desired consistency. An egg yolk smells like about 5 g wheat flour
