Rhubarb, 1 tbsp. Flour, sugar, cinnamon and orange juice are mixed together and placed at the bottom of a small pan. The remaining ingredients are chopped together and crumbled over the rhubarb stock. The cake is baked in the oven for 45 minutes. At 175 degrees. Serve warm with vanilla or strawberry.
