Ingredients for Rhubarb juice

1Vanilla pod in approx. 4 cm long pieces
2Lemons cut into slices
3000gRhubarb cut into small pieces
40dlBoiling water
60gTartaric acid

Instructions for Rhubarb juice

To prepare the Rhubarb juice recipe, please follow these instructions:

Rhubarb, lemons, vanilla and Ta wells with the boiling water, cover and stand in 2 days.

Then the whole shebang is filtered through a tea towel.

For each liter of sieved juice used 1 kg sugar. The juice is stirred until all sugar is dissolved-can take a long time! The juice is poured on the cleaned, atamonbehandlede bottles, tilbindes and kept cool.

Tips:
It sounds immediately of much sugar, but the resultant juice is very arduous.

Lemons may be replaced by a large tuft lemon balm
